Job summary

glu is seeking an entry-level Growth Support role focused on adviser engagement and pipeline management. You will support adviser interactions, capture feedback, and help identify upsell opportunities while ensuring consistent value delivery to advisers and staff.

Collaboration with Product and Underwriting will be key to driving growth and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes learning, accuracy, and a proactive approach to improving adviser experiences, with training support for advisers

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• No prior experience may be required but a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the eyes and ears of the Growth Team by identifying general process, system, service, and operational challenges impacting adviser experience or growth.
• Capture and share meaningful feedback with Product, Underwriting, and internal teams on adviser needs and market trends.
• Help win adviser support by ensuring interactions and service responses make doing business with glu simpler and faster.
• Develop adviser relationships and provide training support to advisers and their staff.
• Own service outcomes when commitments are not met and escalate as needed.
• Deliver professional, responsive, value-adding adviser experiences in every interaction.
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities across adviser panel and quote activity.
• Prepare reports and insights to prioritise adviser conversations and growth.
• Alert Growth Partner to trends, risks, or missed opportunities and support actions to address them.
• Support engagement activities to strengthen adviser relationships and client retention.
