Job summary

glu Growth Partner role focused on translating growth strategy into adviser-level sales execution. You will win, build and grow trusted relationships with advisers and their offices, delivering adviser-level targets and maintaining compliant, sustainable activity.

You will report to the Growth Leader and drive adviser engagement, market growth, and quality sales execution to position glu as the adviser’s partner of choice.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Investments, Financial Planning or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a sales/distribution-related role within Financial Services or similar background (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in Investment product sales, and/or 3+ years’ experience in Insurance product sales.
• Proven track record in building and growing relationships with advisers and their offices within an adviser or broker channel.
• Proven track record in achieving sales revenue targets.
• Experience in establishing networks with professional associations and industry bodies to support sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver adviser-level sales targets, including quotes, new and accepted policies, API and conversion.
• Win, build and deepen trusted relationships with advisers through consistent engagement and reliable follow-through.
• Build strong working relationships with adviser support teams to simplify quoting, submissions, underwriting and service queries.
• Drive disciplined adviser-level sales execution by managing pipeline quality, visit plans, quote conversion and follow-ups.
• Identify, prospect and activate new advisers, segment the adviser panel, and share market trends with the Growth Leader.
• Equip advisers with product knowledge, tools and market insight to deliver quality advice outcomes for clients.
• Deliver a consistent, adviser-focused client experience with proactive issue resolution and strong retention practices.
• Ensure all adviser engagement complies with risk, governance and conduct requirements, escalating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Growth Leader, underwriting, new business, client service and Movement team to remove barriers for advisers.
