Job summary

HotelJobs in Cape Town seeks a dynamic reservationist for a prominent 4* hotel at the V&A Waterfront. You should have at least 3 years of experience in Reservations at a 4* or 5* city hotel with 300+ rooms.

Experience with Opera or Infor Individual and Group/Block Reservations is essential. Cape Town residents only; a Hotel School Diploma or equivalent is an advantage. CV, photo, and certificates are required; salary is non negotiable.

Job description

A prominent 4* hotel in the V&A Waterfront with over 250 bedrooms is looking to employ a dynamic reservationist with the following attributes. At least 3 years experience in a Reservations position in a 4* or 5* city hotel with over 300 rooms

Requirements

• Opera or Infor “Individual and Group/Block Reservations” experience (Essential)
• Basic Computer skills (Windows literate)
• Excellent Administration Skills
• Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Hotel School Diploma or National Qualification equivalent an advantage
• Cape Town residents ONLY
• An UPDATED & detailed CV starting with current position is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months. e will also require copies of all certificates.
