Job summary

AVBOB is seeking a Group Schemes Manager to lead the Group Scheme team within the Alternative Distribution unit. The role focuses on promoting and selling AVBOB Group Funeral Insurance products while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, growth, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a group scheme/insurance team.
• Strong understanding of FSCA regulations and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Group Scheme team to achieve objectives.
• Drive sales, production, client acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for the Group Funeral business.
• Ensure compliance with FSCA regulations and Data Protection Act.
• Oversee profitability, membership, claims ratios, premium payments and operations.
