PSG Konsult Ltd. is seeking an Administrator in Group Risk and Retirement based in Menlyn, Gauteng.

The role focuses on daily administration for group risk and retirement clients, handling member inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring accurate data management and compliant records. The successful candidate will manage client relationships with employer groups and employees, liaise with insurers and third parties, and support HR/Payroll departments across client organisations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with NQF5
• RE5 certification where applicable
• 2 years of risk and retirement related experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day administration for group risk and retirement clients
• Manage member queries and provide benefit information and advice
• Process claims, withdrawals, and retirement-related requests
• Coordinate HR/Payroll related queries
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting for SLAs
