PSG Financial Services in Hermanus, Western Cape, is seeking a Portfolio Administrator for an office-based role from 08:00 to 17:00. The position focuses on after-sales service to advisers and clients, ensuring quality service, maximizing client retention and referrals, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have Matric, an NQF5 Wealth Management or related qualification, 5+ years of financial services experience, and strong English plus another SA official language.

Qualifications

• Matric/Gr 12 is required.
• NQF5 Wealth Management or an industry-related qualification is advantageous.
• 5+ years’ relevant work experience in financial services.
• Good knowledge of investment products, FAIS and FICA requirements.
• Proficient in English and at least one other SA official language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
