You’ll shape SOPs, coach a high-performing team, ensure PMS and channel managers stay synced, and drive scalable processes for future territories as the central reservations engine expands.

Qualifications

• Solid experience leading a centralized, multi-property hospitality reservations team.
• Analytically sharp, process-driven and a natural problem solver.
• Collaborative and accountable with a track record of scalable process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owning the daily heartbeat of the central reservations hub, managing bookings, deposits and group rooming lists.
• Leading, rostering and coaching a team to convert queries into high-conversion bookings.
• Spotting trends in daily net pickup, ADR movements and channel distribution with Finance.
• Keeping PMS, channel managers and booking engines synced and error-free.
• Writing and rolling out SOPs to enable seamless expansion to new properties.
