Job summary

International Facilities Services is seeking a Group People Performance Manager to measurably enhance people performance across the Group. The role integrates performance management, onboarding, learning, succession planning and culture into a single accountability framework, with responsibility for strategy, implementation and alignment across sites and countries.

You will own the performance management framework (PerformYard), onboarding standards, learning strategy and talent/succession

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial psychology, business management or related discipline.
• Professional HR registration is an advantage.
• A qualification in learning and development, assessment or training practice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Group People Performance function across the Group.
• Set departmental priorities and targets for people performance.
• Build capability within the function and drive collaboration with operations.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in performance management, onboarding and learning.
• Monitor and report people performance metrics and trends to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment of performance, onboarding, learning and succession with business strategy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or a related discipline.
