Qualifications

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning key business functions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• MBA, Master's in Health Systems Management, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years' senior operational leadership experience within healthcare or a complex multi-site environment.
• Proven executive-level leadership across multiple functions.
• Strong financial, operational and strategic management expertise.
• Knowledge of clinical and nursing governance, facilities management, project delivery and change management.
• Ability to travel regularly between hospital sites.
