Cedar Recruitment is representing a PE-backed infrastructure group seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead core finance operations and strengthen financial control across the group.

Leading a team of about 10, you will manage month-end close, P&L and balance sheet integrity, and drive process improvements, automation, and acquisition integration. This is a high-visibility role with scope to influence systems and standards as the business scales.

Qualifikationen

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong experience in financial control or group finance.
• Experience leading a team of finance professionals.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end close and deliver accurate management accounts with a controlled reporting cycle.
• Maintain P&L and balance sheet integrity including intercompany, fixed assets and CAPEX.
• Lead and develop the management accounting and finance support team.
• Standardise processes, introduce automation and support acquisition integration.
• Support year-end audit with robust schedules and reconciliations.
