Job summary

Impronics Technologies in Johannesburg seeks a senior finance leader to oversee all finance functions across entities, ensuring statutory and tax compliance and the development of robust policies.

You will support the senior management team with strategic planning and financial analysis to enable informed decision-making and drive profitability, while mentoring the global finance group and strengthening reporting processes.

Job description

Responsible for all finance functions and tasks for all entities. Ensures statutory and tax compliance; creates and implements policies and procedures. Supports the senior management team by offering insights and financial advice, in strategic planning and analysis that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Key relationships: External:

Debtors & Creditors Banks Investors and Funders External Auditors Internal: Finance Team Operations Team and HOD EXCO Internal Auditors

Critical experience:

At least 5 -10 years’ experience in a senior finance role Strong budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Microsoft skills. SAGE experience preferred Audit knowledge. Proven track record of mentoring, managing and training employees Excellent reporting writing skills Excellent track record in managing teams across the Globe. Strong analytical skills Excellent IFRS knowledge and experience

Minimum Education:

Registered Chartered Accountant
