You will lead a team of ground handling agents, coordinate baggage handling, passenger services, and aircraft servicing to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient turnaround of aircraft on the ground.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong decision-making under pressure, adherence to safety standards, and excellent stakeholder coordination with flight crews and station management
