• Or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to team success.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level and graduate roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and gather candidate information.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant responses.
• Utilize recruitment databases and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS.
• Provide support to the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices and compliance standards.
• Contribute to building candidate pipelines for future openings.
• Support the team in client engagement activities as needed.
