Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various job openings.
• Screen candidate CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Conduct market research to support recruitment strategies and client briefs.
• Develop an understanding of different industries and job roles to better serve clients.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices and company policies.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and presentations.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
