Placements24 is seeking proactive Graduate Project Coordinators to support the project management office in Port Elizabeth. This entry-level role offers practical experience in coordinating and managing projects across diverse business initiatives.

You will work with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope, developing strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare project status reports and documentation.
• Help manage project-related documentation, ensuring it is current, complete, and stored properly.
• Identify and raise potential project risks and issues to the project manager.
