Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and identify risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
• Contribute to improving project management methodologies and processes.
