Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Retail Operations Analyst for our client in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will collect and analyze operational and sales data across channels, build dashboards, and track KPIs such as sales, inventory turnover, and costs to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail operations analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities
