Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd offers a 12-month Learning & Development graduate programme based at the Corporate Office in Gauteng. The role covers LD administration, systems management, and exposure to training processes across regions.

You will support Talent Development activities, manage training records, and assist with travel bookings, catering and facilitation while developing planning and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Psychology or HRM or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Adaptable and able to respond to change and pressures.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer LD systems (Payspace, Moodle, LMS).
• Assist LD processes: training, SETAs, bursaries.
• Process payments to vendors and providers.
• Maintain accurate training records in the database.
• Support Talent Development tasks: travel bookings and facilitation.
• Support planning, teamwork and conflict resolution.

What will you be doing?

We Have An Exciting Learning Opportunity For a Learning & Development Graduate, Which Will Include Exposure, Understanding And Application Of The Following

• LD administration and systems (e.g. Payspace, Moodle, LMS, GP)
• LD process understanding and application (e.g. Training, SETAs, Busaries)
• Payment process for vendors, training providers, and internal stakeholders
• Accurate and up-to-date training records on the learning database
• Talent Development support (travel bookings, catering, facilitation, logbooks)
• Time management, planning, organising, teamwork and conflict management

Programme Information

• This is a 12-month graduate programme based at our Corporate Office, working across the regions reporting to the Manager: LD Program & Projects
• Will at times support the national learning & development structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
• May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
