Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Support production planning by developing schedules, forecasting resource needs, and optimizing inventory levels.
• Collect and analyse data on KPIs such as cycle times, yield rates, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct time studies, layout designs, and simulations for manufacturing lines, focusing on scalability and cost reduction.
• Maintain compliance documentation, perform risk assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Generate reports and presentations on efficiency metrics for senior management.
