Placements24 is seeking a Golf Course Operations Assistant in Mossel Bay to support the management team in daily course operations, clubhouse activities, and guest services. You will help manage tee times, coordinate with groundskeeping, and oversee pro shop activities to ensure a premium guest experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence within a leisure and sports environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a golf course setting or related customer service role.
Familiarity with golf operations, course maintenance, and club management practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily management of golf operations, including booking tee times and managing player flow.
Coordinate with the groundskeeping team to ensure the golf course is maintained to the highest standards.
Oversee the pro shop operations, including inventory management and sales.
Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in organizing and executing golf tournaments and special events.
Ensure compliance with all club policies and safety procedures.
