Profile Personnel has partnered with a well-established golf club to recruit two friendly staff for the Pro Shop. You will welcome members, handle bookings, process sales, and support events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates are golf enthusiasts with strong communication skills, reliable transport, and availability on weekends. Training will cover POS systems and merchandise presentation in a busy member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and understanding of the game and etiquette.
• Essential: Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Experience in a golf club, pro shop, hospitality or retail advantageous.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and POS system experience.
• Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors while managing golf bookings and tee time reservations.
• Process POS transactions, cash-ups, and competition administration.
• Merchandise golf apparel and equipment while maintaining an organised Pro Shop.
• Assist with stock control, pricing, promotional displays, and new product promotions.
• Support golf competitions, tournaments, golf days, and club events.
• Build strong relationships with members and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
