Qualifications

• Proven experience in golf operations management at a reputable club or resort.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays for events.
• Ability to manage course facilities, inventory, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the golf course, tee time management, and pace of play monitoring.
• Coordinate and execute golf tournaments and events with smooth logistics.
• Manage the golf cart fleet ensuring availability and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with driving range and practice facilities maintenance.
• Liaise with course superintendent and enforce club etiquette.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting to Golf Director.
• Support safety protocols on course and practice areas.
