This hands-on role requires a strategic operator who can manage relationships with owners, onboard new clients, produce monthly reports, maintain high standards across all shared spaces, and uphold the brand’s service level in a dynamic short-term rental

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel or property management, including multi-unit properties.
• 3+ years in General Manager or senior role with full operational responsibility.
• Experience managing investor/owner relationships and onboarding clients.
• Hotel/5-star hospitality experience helpful with hotel-quality standards.
• Familiar with short-term platforms (Airbnb) and PMS like NightsBridge/Opera.
• Able to prepare owner reports, budgets, and monitor revenue/occupancy.
• Hands-on leader of on-site concierge and housekeeping teams.
• Attention to detail and strong communication with investors and staff.
• Proactive, solutions-driven with problem-solving ability.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate quickly.
• SA citizen only

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for daily running of the building.
• Oversee reservations, arrivals/departures, platform listings, and occupancy.
• Direct concierge and housekeeping teams and guest experience.
• Manage investor/owner relationships and onboard new clients.
• Provide monthly owner reports on occupancy, revenue, maintenance, and expenses.
• Maintain unit, pool deck, lobbies, and shared spaces to high standards.
• Drive proactive maintenance and resolve guest and owner queries promptly.
• Uphold brand service standards at all touchpoints.
