You will collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to drive opportunity development, lifecycle support, and project execution.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in market solutions or renewable energy sectors, with strong English communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include electrical/mechanical/energy/automation/engineering management
• At least 8 years of experience in market solutions, technical support, product development, or renewable energy project roles
• Strong English communication skills; ability to handle technical communication and overseas interactions
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
• Good understanding of renewable energy industry, dynamics and technology routes

Responsibilities

• Support wind turbine sales across overseas markets through technical and business communication platforms
• Develop solutions based on customer needs and provide lifecycle support
• Conduct technical and commercial engagement for key customers and projects
• Translate customer needs into internal actions to improve competitiveness
• Assist bid preparation and contract negotiation to ensure compliant project execution
• Support process building and team capability development
