• Capacity & workforce planning across South Africa, the Philippines and Mexico: identify bandwidth, pressure points and future needs.
• Turn client forecasts and attrition trends into hiring demand models and recruiter load plans.
• Flag resourcing risks early and recommend balancing the team.
