AECOM is seeking a License Management Specialist to oversee centralized governance of Cornerstone engineering software licenses globally. You will drive compliance, reduce waste, and align license usage with strategic tech objectives.

The role sits in Cape Town with a hybrid schedule and collaboration across Enterprise Capability teams. The ideal candidate will manage license inventories, analyze usage, and support budgeting, while engaging IT procurement and governance stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, concurrent, named user entitlements).
Experience with engineering applications (CAD, simulation, design software).
Proficiency with license management tools and reporting systems.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a central inventory of Cornerstone licenses and related documents.
Monitor usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance with vendor terms.
Interpret entitlements and vendor obligations; train on compliance.
Analyze usage data to identify underutilized licenses and control costs.
Support budgeting and forecasting for Cornerstone applications; drive cost efficiencies.
