Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Head of Global Remote Workforce Enablement to lead the creation of scalable frameworks for distributed teams worldwide. This senior, fully remote role focuses on operational efficiency, employee experience, and the tech stack that powers remote collaboration.

You will drive strategic initiatives, design onboarding and learning programs, and build an inclusive remote culture across international operations, based from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years in a senior role focused on employee experience, talent management, or operations with remote/distributed teams.
• Proven track record scaling global enablement strategies for remote workforces.
• Experience implementing and managing remote work technologies and collaboration platforms.
• Strong culture, change management and employee engagement strategies in a remote context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for remote workforce enablement.
• Design and implement best-practice frameworks for remote team management, communication, and collaboration.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate technologies to support remote work.
• Establish metrics and reporting to track enablement program effectiveness.
• Lead onboarding and continuous learning programs for a remote workforce.
• Champion a strong, inclusive remote culture across diverse global teams.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and operations to support remote employees.
• Advise senior leadership on remote work trends and practices.
• Manage budgets for enablement initiatives and technology investments.
