Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote Program Manager to lead multiple interconnected projects within a broader program. This role is fully remote and requires defining program strategy, coordinating interdependencies, and driving outcomes across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, PMP/PgMP certification, 10+ years in program management, and proven success in managing remote teams, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Experience leading remote teams and using virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall strategy and roadmap for the program, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of interdependent projects within the program.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across all teams and leadership.
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report to executive stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing remote program team environment.
