Placements24 is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead global paid media efforts from a remote-first setting. You will design, implement, and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels, with a strong focus on ROAS and customer acquisition.

You will manage large budgets, mentor a dispersed team, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership, leveraging GA, Adobe Analytics, and major ad platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing with paid media focus.
• Experience managing large-scale, global paid media campaigns with substantial budgets.
• Expert proficiency in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage significant advertising budgets, optimizing ROAS across channels.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, audience segmentation, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies in digital advertising.
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the performance marketing team.
• Develop detailed performance reports and advise senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with media partners and vendors to negotiate terms.
• Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance in digital advertising.
