Placements24 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer Recruiter to join a remote-first team focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top software engineers worldwide. The role emphasizes shaping the engineering workforce, running end-to-end recruitment, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software recruiter roles, with 2+ in leadership, strong sourcing and assessment capabilities, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and SeekOut.

Qualificações

• 6+ years recruiting software engineers, with at least 2 years in a lead/senior capacity.
• Fully remote work experience.
• Deep understanding of software dev methodologies, languages, frameworks, and infra.
• Proven track record of closing niche and senior engineering talent.
• Proficient with modern ATS/CRM and sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment for complex software engineering roles (backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps).
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates globally.
• Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to define requirements and culture fit.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and provide feedback.
• Manage full lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring a strong candidate journey.
• Build pipelines and advocate for employer branding in the software community.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
• Analyze data to advise process improvements and mentor junior recruiters.
