Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9–11 years in digital operations, with 4+ years in leadership managing remote/distributed teams.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital operations and strategy plan aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee management and optimization of digital platforms, tools, and infrastructure for remote operations.
• Design and implement efficient digital workflows to enhance service delivery and productivity.
• Establish KPIs for digital operations and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of digital operations specialists.
