Placements24 seeks a Director of Digital Transformation to lead the organization’s technology strategy from anywhere in South Africa. You will shape the future of financial services through innovative digital initiatives and strong change leadership, aligning initiatives with business goals.

You will partner with executive leadership to design roadmaps, drive adoption of AI, cloud and data platforms, and oversee budgets, governance, and ROI in a fully remote or hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years in digital strategy or leadership roles, preferably in financial services.
• Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, cloud, big data, and mobile platforms.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
