Job summary

Paymentology is a global issuer-processor on a hybrid/remote network seeking a strategic People Business Partner to shape leadership and people decisions at scale. You will partner with leaders to strengthen capability and drive commercially informed HR outcomes across client groups.

This senior role emphasizes leadership coaching, performance, change, and scalable people practices in a fast-growing technology business.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in People Business Partnering or equivalent strategic HR roles.
• Experience operating within scaling, global and/or remote-first organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing capability across multiple leadership levels.
• Confidence managing complex performance, organisational change, and employee relations matters.
• Commercially minded with ability to balance people impact and business priorities.
• Digital fluency with curiosity about AI-enabled tools and technology in HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, accountability, and people management effectiveness.
• Coach managers to handle people matters with confidence and commercial awareness while increasing self-sufficiency.
• Support leaders through complex people challenges including team effectiveness, performance, change, and stakeholder management.
• Design and facilitate practical manager enablement initiatives across client groups.
• Support onboarding and assimilation of new leaders into the organisation and their teams.
• Strengthen performance management, calibration, and talent discussions to improve accountability and differentiation.
• Identify talent risks and build scalable processes that support a high-performing culture.
• Diagnose organisational friction points and provide practical, scalable recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to people-related workstreams within transformation and change initiatives.
