Job summary

Capitec Bank Ltd. seeks a Strategic People Partner for its Operations portfolio, working with the Head of Operations and executive teams nationwide. You will be the dedicated people partner, shaping the people strategy and acting as the senior leaders' single point of contact.

You’ll drive change management, leverage workforce data to influence decisions, and partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement transformation programs, while coaching leaders to grow HR capability across Capitec.

Qualifications

3–4 years as a strategic people partner or senior HR generalist.
At least 4 years in recruitment, talent management or L&D.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR change initiatives with senior clients.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Executives, Divisional Executives and Heads of Department as their dedicated people partner.
Shape and drive the people strategy for your client area as a leadership team member.
Act as the single point of contact for senior leaders on people matters.
Identify blockers early and reset course when plans shift.
Use workforce data to influence decision making and strategy.
Track progress of the people plan and report with precision.
Lead people-related change management across your client area.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to roll out transformation plans.
Coach leaders to grow HR capability across the organization.
Collaborate with Finance and HR partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
