Cloudox is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead our global marketing efforts across the UK, US, and South Africa. You will drive content creation, digital campaigns, PR, social media, and events to strengthen brand visibility and support growth.

Based in Cape Town with international collaboration across time zones, you will shape strategy, manage multi-channel programs, and partner with sales and technical teams to generate leads and elevate the Cloudox brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience within financial services, hedge funds, private equity, asset management, or alternative investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and financial services landscape.
• Demonstrated experience in content marketing, social media management, public relations, event coordination, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies for hedge funds and financial services sectors.
• Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
• Create high-quality content including white papers, case studies, blog articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with leadership to position Cloudox as a recognised thought leader within the industry.
• Manage Cloudox's presence on LinkedIn and other industry platforms; develop social content calendars and execute organic and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate press releases, feature articles, media interviews, and speaking opportunities for senior leadership.
• Plan and deliver client-facing and industry events across London, New York, and South Africa.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to align messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
