The Working Earth is seeking a marketing professional in Johannesburg to develop and implement strategies that drive business objectives. You will plan and execute integrated B2C and lead-generation campaigns, manage brand messaging, and oversee digital initiatives across social, search, website, and email.

You will conduct market research, segment customers, and partner with sales to boost lead gen and conversions, while tracking KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Brand Management or related field.
• 5+ years' marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
• Strong digital and social media marketing knowledge.
• Experience in lead generation, customer segmentation and market research.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded and results-driven.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
