Job summary

M&S Logistics Ltd. in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a Network and Infrastructure Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our global IT network and infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on administration of IT infrastructure, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and SharePoint. You will work both independently and with a global team to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT administration within a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, security and backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
• Support the implementation of new IT technologies.
• Monitor and report on organisation security.
• Assist with specialist IT support queries.
• Administrate SharePoint.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and Purview.
• Assist with user account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage software licensing and maintain accurate system records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues globally to deliver effective IT services and technical support.
