Job summary

DigiCert is seeking an HR Shared Services Global Coordinator for an 8-month fixed-term contract to support global HR operations, with focus on talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.

This role works on US business hours and collaborates with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to deliver accurate, compliant processes as the global HR Shared Services function scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR administration experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Global experience is advantageous.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and onboarding tasks with the TA team.
• Be the point of contact for new hires during onboarding.
• Coordinate with service desk, payroll and facilities to meet deadlines.
• Assist with global process development and maintain ADP data quality.
• Support payroll submissions and HRSSC projects as needed.
