Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy.
Identify new international markets and partnerships.
Build relationships with mine management and engineering groups.
Provide senior technical expertise in underground ground support and related systems.
Collaborate with customers to design viable mining solutions.
Lead major commercial negotiations and supply agreements.
Input into product development and market strategy.
Monitor global underground mining trends and competitors.
Mentor and develop sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Coordinate with manufacturing and distribution to translate requirements into solutions.
