Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior Mining/Mechanical Engineer to lead underground technical services across a major operation. You will oversee production planning, scheduling, drill & blast, and ventilation, ensuring optimal equipment utilization and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of underground experience and proven crew/contractor management in Southern Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in underground mine technical services.
• Experience in production planning, drill & blast, ventilation, and equipment utilization.
• Proven crew and contractor management experience.
• Southern Africa mining experience preferred.

• Lead technical services activities across the underground operation.
