Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to act as the operational backbone of the People function across five countries. You will own HRIS, rewards, governance, and compliance, shaping scalable processes and trusted data.

You will lead cross-country teams in People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, driving consistency, fairness, and policy alignment while partnering with the VP and other pillars to scale responsibly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People/HR, with 8+ years leading multi-country teams.
• Experience building People infrastructure and governance.
• Fluent with HR technology and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering across five countries.
• Own employee lifecycle, HRIS, data integrity, and service delivery.
• Oversee compensation governance, pay equity, and job banding.
• Ensure compliance and policy maintenance across jurisdictions.
