Boldr is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations to act as the operational backbone of the People function across five countries. You will own the systems, rewards, and standards that enable scalable, compliant operations with a human-centered focus.

You will lead People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partnering, ensuring accurate HR data, governance, and policy consistency while partnering closely with the VP and cross-functional leaders to scale responsibly in a globally

Competenze

• 10+ years in People/HR with multi-country leadership.
• Experience building HR infrastructure: operating model, shared services, HRIS, governance.
• Strong labor and compliance knowledge across multiple countries.
• Experience with HR technology stack including Rippling, Payfactors, Workable, and Juno.
• Track record leading compensation governance and pay equity.

Mansioni

• Own People Operations and HR systems end-to-end across five countries.
• Lead Rippling as HRIS; design workflows, self-service, and service delivery.
• Establish data integrity and reporting on headcount and attrition.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accuracy in every jurisdiction.
• Modernize People infrastructure through automation and scalable design.
