Job summary

redember-recruitment is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue in freight forwarding and clearing, focusing on air, sea, and cross-border logistics.

You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery while meeting sales targets. The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years' international freight experience, with strong negotiation and market insight.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in international freight forwarding and clearing sales, with proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
• Strong market knowledge and excellent client relationship management within logistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities; develop a robust pipeline and 8–10 new visits per week.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients; conduct regular reviews and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery, invoicing, and timely payments.
• Monitor market trends and pricing; support strategic sales initiatives and quarterly business reviews.
