Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage the shipment of goods via air, sea, and land transport.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and efficient service.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, transit delays, or cargo damage.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and clients.
