Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a senior finance/ERP lead to drive end-to-end implementation across GL, AP, AR and Procurement. You will supervise data migration, testing, cutover and go-live readiness while coordinating multi-country finance stakeholders and ensuring strong financial controls.

The role demands a degree in accounting or finance, professional qualification (advantageous), and 7+ years in finance with 3+ years in project management. Fixed-term contract for rollout duration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field essential.
• CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent qualification advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent PM certification advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel with financial modelling.
• 7+ years’ finance experience.
• 3+ years’ project management experience.
• Logistics/transport/commerce experience preferred.
• Financial system / ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and group consolidation.
• IFRS knowledge, FX translation and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstreams from design through go-live and country rollout.
• Define financial system requirements across GL, AP, AR and Procurement.
• Drive global chart of accounts and multi-currency consolidation.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Ensure accurate client billing, supplier payments and intercompany accounting.
• Validate interfaces, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Coordinate finance stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Deliver status reports and steering committee updates.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Support handover to BAU teams.
