The ideal candidate will combine strong finance process knowledge with SAP/ERP experience, analytical capability and a passion for digitalisation and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related vocational training with substantial professional experience.
• Experience in a finance environment with understanding of financial processes.
• Strong SAP/ERP experience in a finance setting.
• Interest in digitalisation and technology within the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, standardise and optimise finance policies, processes and best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, global standards and external regulations.
• Support the evaluation, selection, implementation and integration of financial systems and tools.
• Develop standards for the maintenance, updating and troubleshooting of finance systems.
• Support the rollout of new and existing financial systems and processes.
• Develop and deliver training on finance policies, processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing support to employees on financial processes, systems and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and global finance initiatives.
