Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the global finance function across 17 markets. You will own FP&A, consolidation, controls, cash, treasury, pricing, and tax compliance, partnering with the President and investors.

You will build and manage robust financial processes, steer capital allocation, and oversee multi-entity, multi-currency reporting while enabling growth in new geographies and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or international equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred or international equivalent.
• 10+ years of related experience including senior finance leadership in international context.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience building/rebuilding a finance function in growth-stage company ($25M–$150M revenue).
• Experience with debt facilities, covenant management and investor reporting.
• Strong financial management, modeling, and strategic advisory to leadership.
• Experience across multi-entity, multi-currency reporting and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual financial planning, budgeting, performance management and commercial finance across all entities, markets, and business lines.
• Set up and maintain financial policies, internal controls, consolidation, and audit readiness.
• Manage cash forecasting, treasury, lender relationships, and capital raising as Viya scales.
• Provide financial analysis and counsel for strategic decisions, pricing, and investments across markets.
• Lead the finance team and establish robust operating model with clear ownership across regions.
