Job summary

VIYA Health seeks an experienced senior finance leader to guide planning, budgeting and performance across all entities and markets. You will own liquidity, treasury, governance, and cross-border compliance while reporting financials to the board and investors.

You will lead the finance team, develop the ERP roadmap and deliver strategic financial narratives. Fluency in English and 10+ years in international finance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; international context preferred.
• Master's degree preferred and professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience; 5+ years supervisory.</br>Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual financial planning, budgeting, performance management and cross-entity reporting.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, intercompany funding and cross-border financing.
• Own pricing, margin governance, and track unit economics by brand and market.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness and statutory compliance across countries.
• Deliver financial narratives to the Board and investors; manage covenant reporting.
• Oversee ERP roadmap and data feeding KPIs; manage finance team and vice presidents.
• Lead tax planning, tax compliance and financial due diligence for partnerships.
