Job summary

Komatsu Mining Corp. seeks a skilled engineer to provide 24/7 emergency support, deploying new and existing solutions on customer servers and field equipment.

You will follow established processes, document activities, and ensure installations meet operational standards. The role requires traveling 40% domestically and 10% internationally, with strong troubleshooting, customer service, and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• B Sc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English; another major language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create/Modify functionality to meet customer requirements.
• Install functionality on-site with minimal disruption.
• Use ticketing system to track ticket status.
• Diagnose root cause and complete repairs within SLA timeframes.
• Provide technical customer support through prescribed processes.
• Support data analysis and improvement with Performance Assurance Team.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
