Job summary

Hexagon Mining seeks a Support Engineer to deploy, support and optimise critical technology systems across mining operations. You will ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability, while delivering measurable operational value to customers.

The engineer will provide both onsite and remote technical support, troubleshoot complex multi‑system environments, and act as a key interface between customers, engineering, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrial/Mining tech or IoT platforms.
• Experience with Linux/Windows servers and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy on-premise and cloud architectures.
• Maintain system performance and reliability across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, networking, and databases.
• Support incident management and RCA activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
